Where these numbers come from

Tuned against manufacturer/press-reported 10%->80% figures on a 350kW stall (~18 min, 350kW ceiling, E-GMP platform - simulated 17.5 min) and cross-checked against a 150kW-capped real-world test (~24 min, simulated 22.2 min) - no named benchmark in the spec. Highway baseline fitted to Consumer Reports' 70 mph test (SEL AWD Long Range, 265 mi) - pinned in tests/test_highway_road_tests.py.

The charge session is integrated across 1% state-of-charge steps on the curve above, with the cold-weather intake limit applied below 68°F. Highway range applies aerodynamic drag scaling, a cold-air penalty and a temperature-dependent cabin heater to a 229 Wh/mi baseline. Formulas and their limits: how it works.
